INSPECTION &
CONTROL
The Inspection
& Control Service is in charge of internal auditing of the
corporation. It is responsible for providing guidelines for
the proper functioning of all operations by carrying out routine
and specific auditing.
The service
is headed by the Manager Inspection and Control and has a team
of Auditors at head Office who assist in carrying out its functions.
GROUP TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT
The Group
Transport Department is one of the department that is currently
being decentralized. It manages the transport aspects of the
corporation. It runs the CDC transport fleet and coordinates
the drivers and also hires vehicles to and from third parties
when the need arises. It is presently being overseen by the
Chargés d’Etudes N°2.

SUPPLIES DEPARTMENT
The Supplies Department
is the Central Purchasing Unit for the Corporation. Its primary
function is to ensure that the inputs and other needs of estates,
departments and services are satisfied and provided on time.
These items are either issued from stock or ordered from local
or foreign suppliers.

The department is headed
by the Supplies manager and has a Stores Controller who controls
the activities of the stores and sub-stores. The main role of
the department is to acquire the common needs necessary for
the daily operations of the corporation. They source and maintain
links with reliable suppliers and negotiate good prices. Some
